Matter of Fact

Matter of Fact is Bryan Olson, Josh Loftis, Tim Ferguson, Jon Norcom and Ryan Winters. It all started as high school buddies playing old-school cover songs, and over the past 4 years Matter of Fact has blossomed into a fully-professional music making career.

The music they create is incredibly diverse, flexible and spontaneous with the ability to easily transition between any "genres" of music during a performance. Everything from Rock, Southern Rock, Country, Electronic, Blues, Indie and Alternative music all have an ambiguous way of appearing in the band’s live performances.

Each of the band members have their very own eclectic tastes in music and because of this Matter of Fact's unique sound is somewhat difficult to define. But when you bring them all together on a stage, just about anything can happen. Given their diversity and flexibility, people of all ages and lifestyles can relate to their music.
